The challenge
Cooks needed more than a page about the idea. Neighbours had to find a kitchen, see when it was open, and place an order. The same product had to work on the web and on a phone.
The approach
We designed one platform for both. The path is the same in the browser and in the apps: enter a postcode, open a kitchen, and order while that kitchen is taking orders.
The solution
Mantra designed and built Cook Local, including the website at cooklocal.app and the iOS and Android apps. People browse by place and cuisine, see upcoming kitchen drops, and order for collection or delivery. Cooks list a kitchen and sell through the same product.
