Process
A clear path from the first conversation to a site you can rely on
Timing depends on the scope, your content and how quickly feedback comes back. We agree a realistic plan before we start. We do not promise that every website launches in a fixed number of days.
- 1
Discovery and goals
We learn how the business works, who it is for, and what a successful site needs to do.
- 2
Strategy and visual direction
We agree the shape of the site, the message and a visual direction before detailed design.
- 3
Design and approval
You review the design and we refine it. The number of revision rounds is agreed before work starts.
- 4
Implementation and QA
We build, connect the agreed tools, and test content, forms and the main journeys.
- 5
Launch and handover
We launch, check the basics and show you how to work with the site day to day.
- 6
Continuous care
Managed plans continue as a monthly service. Bespoke projects can move onto a separate care plan, quoted on its own.
At Chiltern Wellbeing, that first conversation was about the clinic, the team and the patients the founder wanted to attract.
“In our opening meeting, he took the time to understand our clinic, our team and our goals, including my aim of attracting our ideal patient.”
Managed website onboarding
We confirm the plan and the pages, gather content, design within that scope, launch, then continue with the monthly allowance. Extra features are quoted before they are built.
Bespoke project scoping
Discovery is broader. Strategy, design approval and implementation are agreed as a project. Ongoing care, if you want it, is a separate quotation. It is not the same thing as Essential, Grow or Pro.

A managed website or a bespoke project — we will reply with a clear next step, not a generic pitch.
